Freedom to Move through Menopause-Maintaining Joint Health
Do you wake up in the morning feeling a little stiff?
Are you hearing the creak in your knees when you walk up the stairs?
Do you feel like you could be the all the Rice Krispies characters (Snap, Crackle and Pop) at once?
We all want to not only maintain our mobility, but make it easeful and pain-free. Join Dr. Sarah Baxter of Form Health, to learn how our joints function and what happens to them during menopause.
β’ She will take us through the basic anatomy of our joints and explain how we can keep these moving freely allowing us to dance through the next 50 years like Ginger Rogers.
β’ Learn the differences between osteoporosis and arthritis and how to move through both.
β’ Already have some issues with some of your joints? Find out what we can do to correct some of those symptoms and regain our quality of life.
β’ Round out the learning by loosening and freeing up your joints with a gentle series of movements that will leave you feeling fabulous for the rest of the day.
