Meet Angela WoppmanAngela Woppman

  • ABC Women’s Self Defense and Empowerment Facilitator

Angela is an experienced Wellness Coach with over 20 years as an Entrepreneur dedicated to supporting women on their wellness journey. She is the founder of Afterburn Workouts and the All About M.E. Academy, which offers transformation programs for women of all ages.

Angela is passionate about helping women over 40 navigate their perimenopause journey. She understands the struggles that many women face when it comes to balancing their hormones and taming the perimenopausal symptoms so they can feel like themselves once again. She is passionate about helping women change their mindset to one of success and positivity.

She is a former police officer, a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Taekwon-do and holds a black belt level in Fitness Kickboxing. She is the head facilitator for ABC Women’s Self Defense Canada.
